Three systems, zero shared truth
Operators ran fleet tracking, field workforce tools, and supply chain software separately. Data lived in silos; handoffs between dispatch, drivers, and warehouse teams relied on calls and copy-paste.
The business needed one platform that covered GPS tracking, task scheduling, attendance, and order-to-delivery—without a months-long integration project before the first live customer.

Tenant isolation for 50+ businesses with shared product code—so features ship once and land safely across customers.
Realtime dispatch
Task assignment and status updates reach field workers without waiting for a nightly sync or manual spreadsheet refresh.
Mobile-first field apps
Attendance, job completion, and customer communication designed for workers on phones—not desktop admin screens resized down.
Integration APIs
Connect existing inventory or ERP systems through a documented API surface instead of one-off database bridges.
Tenant boundaries first
Starting with clear tenant isolation and shared modules avoided rewriting the platform when the second and third verticals (field + supply chain) landed on the same codebase as fleet.
